Revolution Streetcars – Shop Policies & Standards

Our Promise
At Revolution Streetcars, our commitment is simple: do it once, do it right, and stand behind it. To
uphold this standard, the following policies govern every project.
1. Labor Rate
Shop labor rate is $150/hour for all diagnostics, repairs, and installations.
2. Dyno Time
Dyno time is billed separately at $250/hour, with a 2-hour minimum. This covers dyno operation, data
collection, and tuning adjustments.
3. Consultations
Consultation time is available by appointment at $200/hour. If the project moves forward, the consult
fee is credited toward the labor for that task.
4. Deposits & Payment Terms
All parts must be paid in full upfront before ordering.
30% deposit required at scheduling; remainder billed hourly as work is performed.
Deposits are non-refundable once scheduling begins, unless the cancellation is made by Revolution
Streetcars.
Final balance must be paid in full before vehicle release.
5. Returns/Exchanges Policy
No refunds will be issued for labor already performed — this is non-negotiable.
Unused, uninstalled products may be returned within 14 days subject to a 20% restocking fee plus actual shipping
costs to return to the vendor.
Custom orders, electrical items (harnesses, ECUs), and used parts are non-returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Diagnostics First
Every car undergoes a complete diagnostic process before performance upgrades or tuning. This
includes:
– Mechanical inspection
– Log reviews
– Current tune file readout
A pre-existing tune does not guarantee quality — diagnostics ensure issues are identified correctly.
7. Tuning Policy
All tuning is performed in-house. We do not outsource or rely on third-party tuners.
8. Parts Policy
All parts are sourced and supplied by Revolution Streetcars. We do not install customer-supplied
parts.
9. Discounts
We do not discount labor, dyno time, or parts. Projects can be phased to address the most critical items
first if budget is a concern.
10. Communication
Due to workload, the preferred method of communication is email: Sales@revsc.com.
– Use “Product” in the subject line for product inquiries.
– Use “Service” in the subject line for service or scheduling.
Phone calls are limited and must be scheduled.
11. Estimates & Scope Changes
Estimates on modified vehicles are approximate only.
Performance builds often uncover unforeseen issues. Additional labor or parts may be required.
Customers will be notified before additional work continues.
12. Vehicle Storage & Abandonment
Vehicles must be picked up within 5 business days of completion notice.
After that, a storage fee of $150/day will be applied (indoor, non-outdoor storage).
Vehicles left more than 30 days without communication may be considered abandoned and handled
in accordance with Nevada state law.
13. Performance Liability Waiver
Performance modifications place additional stress on engines, drivetrains, and related components.
Revolution Streetcars is not responsible for damage, wear, or failure of factory or aftermarket parts
during or after modifications, dyno testing, or tuning.
14. Emissions & Road Safety Disclaimer
All Revolution Streetcars products are sold for off-road, racing or EPA/CARB-certified applications only. Only products specifically identified as EPA- or CARB-certified may be used on public roads. All other products are intended solely for competition or off-highway use where such use is permitted.
Revolution Streetcars is a powertrain development and parts supplier. We do not perform retail repair, modification, or emissions-related services in Nevada.
It is the customer's responsibility to determine the legality of product use in their jurisdiction and to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal vehicle regulations. Revolution Streetcars assumes no liability for misuse, improper installation, or violations of emissions or safety laws.
15. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
All payments made to Revolution Streetcars are final.
Attempting a credit card chargeback or payment reversal after services are rendered or parts are
ordered will be considered a breach of this agreement.
In the event of a chargeback, Revolution Streetcars will pursue the full amount owed, plus any fees,
legal costs, or collection costs incurred in reclaiming funds.

16. Payment, Shipping & Lead Times
Orders are processed in the order received. Custom or backordered items may require extended lead times, which will be communicated at time of order. Shipping delays outside of our control are not our responsibility.
17. Liability Limitation
Revolution Streetcars shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products. By purchasing, you agree that any liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

18. Product Use Disclaimer
All products are sold for racing, off-road, or EPA/CARB-certified applications where noted. Products may not be legal for use on public highways in certain jurisdictions. It is the customers responsibility to verify local compliance.

19. Installation Disclaimer
All products must be installed by a qualified technician. Revolution Streetcars assumes no liability for damage, injury, or non-compliance resulting from improper installation or misuse.

20. Warranty Policy
Revolution Streetcars products are warranted against manufacturing defects for [30/90 days]. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, modifications, or use in competitive motorsports. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and inspection may be required.

21. Intellectual Party
All content, product designs, and materials on this site are the property of Revolution Streetcars and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
